Full User Agreement

By creating an account, you agree to be bound by the following membership rules and conditions.

1. User Eligibility and Account Rules

1. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Authenticity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may not impersonate someone else or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
4. Photo Guidelines: All profile photos must be of you and must not contain nudity, violence, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any photos that violate our guidelines.
5. One Account: You are permitted to have only one account on the platform.

2. Acceptable Use and Conduct Standards

1. Respectful Communication: All interactions must be respectful. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
2. Consent-Based Interactions: You must respect the boundaries of other users. Do not engage in unsolicited explicit messaging or pressure others for information or meetings.
3. Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from using the service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to soliciting, escorting, or any form of human trafficking. The platform is for genuine relationship-looking for purposes.
4. No Spam or Fraud: You may not use the platform to send spam, phish for user information, or engage in fraudulent schemes. Creating fake profiles for any reason is strictly forbidden.

3. Payment, Subscription, and Refund Terms

1. Subscription Fees: Certain features of the service require a paid subscription. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to purchase.
2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
3. Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the current non-promotional rate. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.
4. Refund Policy: All purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is limited. Please refer to our detailed refund policy for specific scenarios like billing errors or service unavailability. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your term.

4. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

1. Our Content: All content on the platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Sugar Mamy Meet India and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
2. Your Content: You grant us a license to use the content you post (like photos and profile text) to operate and promote the service. You retain ownership of your content.
3. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. We provide the service "as is" and do not make any warranties. Our liability to you for any cause will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to us in the preceding 12 months.

5. Dispute Resolution and Modifications

1. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, it will proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
2. Modifications to Terms: We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
